The iPhone faults we see most in Surulere
Screens and batteries dominate, but a large share of our work is repairing earlier repairs — iPhones that lost Face ID, True Tone or water resistance because someone rushed the job.
We also handle the faults many shops turn away: charging IC failures, no-power boards after rain, and TrueDepth damage.
- Cracked display, dead touch or coloured lines
- Battery Service warning or shutdowns at 30%
- Cable only charges at an angle
- 'Face ID is not available'
- Cracked rear glass and dead wireless charging
- No power after water contact
What an iPhone repair at VICFIX includes
Every iPhone gets a free diagnostic and a written quote you approve before we open it. You choose the part grade — premium OLED and genuine-grade cells, or clearly labelled budget options.
Original paired components such as the TrueDepth assembly are transferred or repaired rather than discarded, and the frame is always resealed so the phone keeps its splash resistance.
- 1Free diagnostic at the Lawanson counter or from WhatsApp photos
- 2Part grade and price agreed before work starts
- 3Repair on a dust-controlled, board-level capable bench
- 4Original Face ID and sensor assemblies preserved
- 5Full function test with you present, then a written warranty
